Universal Car Push Start Car Keyless Entry Engine System
Core Components of the System
-
Smart Control Module (Host Brain): The main computer hub installed under the dashboard that intercepts the vehicle's ignition, central locking, and braking wires.
-
Engine Start/Stop Button: A backlit, chassis-mounted button that replaces the key ignition switch. It features internal LED illumination to indicate power status (ACC, ON, Start).
-
Smart Key Fobs (Transmitters): Usually packed as a pair, these remotes send secure, encrypted radio frequency signals to the host module.
-
PKE Low-Frequency Antennas: Proximity sensors placed behind the front windshield and rear glass to track how far the key fob is from the car.
Advanced Functionality
1. Passive Keyless Entry (PKE)
The system uses proximity sensors to track the key fob automatically, eliminating the need to physically press any buttons:
-
Approach Auto-Unlock: When walking within 1.5 to 2 meters of the car with the fob in a pocket or bag, the doors automatically unlock, and the indicators flash.
-
Walk-Away Auto-Lock: When exiting the vehicle and walking more than 3 meters away, the system automatically locks all doors and arms the security grid.
2. Smart Push-Button Ignition
The ignition mimics factory-installed push-start mechanisms, requiring a foot-on-brake safety check:
-
Electronics Only (No Brake): Pressing the button once activates ACC mode (radio/dash accessories). Pressing it a second time toggles the full ON mode (dashboard lights, windows, air vents). A third press turns the electronics back off.
-
Engine Cranking (With Brake): Stepping firmly on the foot brake pedal and pressing the button instantly cranks and fires up the engine.
3. Remote Engine Start & Climate Pre-Conditioning
-
Drivers can long-press the lock button on the smart key from up to 40 meters away to start the engine remotely.
-
This triggers the car's pre-set climate controls, allowing the interior to pre-cool in hot summers or warm up during freezing winters before anyone opens a door.
-
10-Minute Countdown: If the car is remote-started but no one enters or taps the foot brake within 10 minutes, the engine automatically shuts off to conserve fuel and prevent idling theft.
4. Integrated Immobilizer & Identity Anti-Theft Protection
-
The start button remains completely locked out and deadened if the matching smart key fob is not detected inside the cabin. Even if an intruder smashes a window, they cannot hotwire or force-start the vehicle.
-
If a door is forced open illegally while the system is armed, the unit sounds the vehicle's horn or an aftermarket siren while cutting power to the starter circuit.
Installation Note: This upgrade requires clear splicing into the vehicle's central locking, horn, door triggers, and high-current ignition harnesses. For vehicles equipped with a factory chip-immobilizer inside the old key, a bypass module or the original chip must be mounted near the ignition column during setup to allow keyless cranking.
